About Us
After starting work with AT&T in 1984 and progressing through the ranks to supervisory and management positions, gaining experience in corporate America and with local and network services, Mike Stamm found himself without a career after AT&T downsized in January of 2002. Mike explored many other opportunities over the next several months but was unable to find a position that would fully utilize his knowledge, skill and desire to provide the best service possible. So in November of 2002 Real Technologies was founded. With the economy being what it has been for the past few years, many businesses have either closed their doors or found themselves having to reduce costs by either downsizing or rightsizing. Realizing this, Mike formed Real Technologies with a goal to keep overhead at a minimum and at the same time he wanted to give something back to the American workforce. With this in mind and knowing that the market was saturated with talented individuals that had similar stories to his, Mike decided that he could keep overhead and costs down and give something back to the American workforce by setting up all resources as contractors. This allows him to procure top notch talent with entrepreneurial ideas that are setup on the same terms as the projects in which they are assigned to thus reducing the need for a large amount of company capital. Through this Real Technologies has been able to deliver superior service in customized PC installations and cabling within Cincinnati, Columbus, Dallas, Houston, Detroit, Chicago, Indianapolis, Northern Kentucky, Washington DC and the state of Florida. Real Technologies is often called upon to go outside of their initial regions to assist with or rescue the work performed by other vendors. Real Technologies also has the means and experience to provide Project Management, Consulting, Moves, PC deployments, cabling (fiber, CAT5), and service and support for the majority of your IT and telephony needs.
